Jeff Green is the owner and proprietor of Jeff Green Partners. Jeff has
extensive consulting experience on a wide range of research projects ranging
from feasibility studies for development projects across the US and internationally
to sales projections for specific retailers. Mr. Green is a frequent speaker
at national and international conferences sponsored by industry organizations
such as the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Food
Marketing Institute and Urban Land Institute (ULI).
Mr. Green was President of Market Insite Group which specialized in developing
web based tools to assist retailers and property owners in site and tenant
selection. In addition, Mr. Green headed the professional services division
for Market Insite Group providing feasibility studies for property owners
and national expansion plans and sales forecasts for a wide range of national
and regional retailers.
Mr. Green was also President and Owner of The Green Group which merged
with Market Insite Group in 2001. The Green Group had a 35 year history
of providing consulting services to retail, restaurant and entertainment
tenants.
Mr. Green is a graduate of Michigan State University and is a member of
the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Food Marketing Institute,
American Marketing Association, ULI, International Downtown Association
and the Value Retail Association.

Norma Rusbar
Norma Rusbar brings over 30 years of real estate and retail experience
to Jeff Green Partners. Her assignments range from the redevelopment of
the largest shopping center in the Philippines to the successful planning
for the first branded retail street at a US airport located in the Portland
(OR) International Airport.
Prior to Jeff Green Partners, Norma was Vice President, Web Services,
for Market Insite Group and was responsible for the development of the
company’s web-based site selection and site screening tools.
Norma was Vice President, Retail Property Research, for the RREEF Funds
where she developed an in-house retail property research capability. She
was also a retail consultant with Halcyon Real Estate Advisors/Ernst &
Young and worked on planning the retail component of large scale mixed
use projects in the US and in Southeast Asia.
Ms. Rusbar has an M.B.A., with Honors, from Boston University and a B.S.
in Retail Management from Louisiana State University. She is a member
of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Bruce F. Katz

Bruce Katz is the founder and president of San Francisco-based Retail Focus, a retail
and shopping center advisory firm. Retail Focus provides market analysis
and real estate strategies to assist retail and shopping center executives
identify market opportunities and position their businesses for competitive

During his 12-year tenure at Taubman, he held the positions of Senior Retail Analyst and Director of Retail Services. With the objective of increasing sales in each of the company’s regional retail properties, he provided market analysis and developed tenant mix strategies used successfully in the positioning and marketing of both new and existing centers. He also consulted individually with key retail tenants on merchandising initiatives for capitalizing on market opportunities and improving sales productivity.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Katz was a buyer and product developer at Bloomingdale’s, I. Magnin and The Sharper Image. During his retail career, he traveled both nationally and internationally to buy and also develop proprietary product in the areas of women’s and men’s fashion apparel, personal accessories and furniture. As senior buyer with chain-wide responsibilities, he was accountable for profitably managing these departments in diverse markets throughout the country.
The combination of merchandising expertise and real estate experience gives Mr. Katz a unique perspective in the retail real estate industry. Through Retail Focus, he continues to bring his insightful analysis, hands-on knowledge of the industry and innovative market strategies to advise in feasibility planning, repositioning, tenanting, management, expansion, and investment for retailers and shopping centers nationwide.
Mr. Katz is a graduate of New York University. He has taught Shopping
Center Management at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising
in San Francisco. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping
Centers.

Paul Sobolak
Paul Sobolak is the sole proprietor of FKS, Inc., a Clarkston, Michigan-based
consulting firm which specializes in developing advanced, updated, and
automated retail research analytic tools. FKS, Inc. also specializes in
developing automated GIS and Sales Forecasting applications that satisfy
each client’s individual requirements.
Throughout his career, Paul has been employed by several recognized industry
leaders (Price Waterhouse, Walgreen Company, Kmart, and Thompson Associates)
where he has consistently established himself as an innovator and futurist
