Home Depot to Close Expo, Yardbird’s and HD Bath
Hot off the press…It was just announced that Home Depot is closing all their peripheral brands, about 48 stores in all. Closing will be all remaining Expo, Yardbird’s and HD Bath Locations.

Kansas City Retail Market

Circuit City to Liquidate
Sad to say, there is no surprise here. What is frightening is the number of power center vacancies due to the recent liquidations: Goody’s, Linens ‘N Things and now Circuit City. And are there any growing specialty box tenants to take their place?
